Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains how Cirrumuse ("we", "us") handles personal data, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Cirrumuse Ltd (company number 17352278, registered office 3 Avondale Avenue, Worcester Park, London, England, KT4 7PD) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in the course of enquiries. Contact: deankirby@cirrumuse.com, telephone 07590 217486.
This website
This website is static. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, third-party scripts or contact forms. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and requested page, for security and reliability purposes.
Personal data we hold
We do not run any systems that collect personal data about website visitors, and we do not buy, sell or build marketing lists. The only personal information we normally hold is what you choose to send us directly, such as your name and contact details in an email or call.
Information you send us
If you email or phone us, we receive your contact details and anything you choose to tell us. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and, if you become a client, deliver and administer the agreed services.
Legal bases
- Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries and running our business.
- Contract: providing services you have asked for.
- Legal obligation: keeping accounting and tax records.
Sharing
We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (for example email, cloud hosting and accountancy), and where required by law. Client data processed in projects is handled under the terms agreed with that client.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client and financial records are kept for the period required by law, usually six years.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to its use, or to request portability. Email us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
